A voice minute is any 60-second window during which the AI agent is actively on a call — either speaking or listening. Ringing time before the call is answered, and time spent on hold music, are not counted. Your dashboard shows a real-time minute counter so you always know where you stand.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period. There are no penalties for changing plans — you can do it directly from your client portal.
