At AYO AI, we deliver high-performance, resource-intensive artificial intelligence services. Due to the significant computational costs associated with GPU allocation and LLM token usage, all sales are final.
Service Credits: If you experience a documented technical failure that prevents the delivery of our services, you must notify our support team at info@ayo-ai.com within seven (7) business days. At our sole discretion, we may issue service credits to be applied toward future billing cycles.
Your subscription to AYO AI services may be cancelled at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle's charges, cancellations must be processed through the Client Portal or requested via email at least three (3) business days prior to your billing anniversary.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to active AI agents and dashboard features will remain available until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Usage Restrictions: You agree not to use our AI services for any illegal purposes, including the generation of fraudulent content, harassment, or unauthorized data collection. AYO AI reserves the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these standards.
Compliance: Users in regulated industries (e.g., Healthcare/HIPAA, Legal, Finance) are responsible for ensuring that their specific implementation of AYO AI tools meets all state and federal compliance requirements.
Ayo AI is committed to protecting your intellectual property and data independence. We collect information necessary to provide and improve our AI models, including contact details and interaction logs.
Data Usage: We do not sell your data to third parties. Interaction data is used strictly for technical performance monitoring, model refinement, and service delivery. Your call recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest and accessible only via secured admin protocols.
